We started in a single room in Oud Metha because UAE families kept telling us the same thing: they had been sold a university, not advised on one. Everything we built since came from that — transparent shortlists, honest admission chances, and a counsellor who picks up the phone in your time zone.

You get a candid read on your profile, a realistic list of universities worth applying to, and a written plan for your intake. It takes about 30 minutes, in person in Oud Metha or online, and it costs nothing. You are not asked to commit to anything at the end of it.
Yes. One named counsellor stays with your family from the first consultation to the day you fly. Your file is not passed between departments or handed to an agency in another country, which is what usually causes the delays families complain about.
That is most of the value we add. If your grades will not reach a university, your budget will not survive a country, or your timeline will not make an intake, we say so at the first meeting rather than after you have paid. Sometimes that means telling you a different destination fits better, or that staying in the UAE is the stronger option.
Yes, and so is the shortlisting. The first 30-minute counselling session, course and university shortlisting, and an eligibility and budget assessment are all provided at no cost. Our Refund Policy sets that out in writing.
We publish a detailed guide for each of our main destinations — currently the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Europe more widely, Georgia, Uzbekistan and the UAE. If a country is not listed, ask us before assuming we cannot help.
No, and be careful with anyone who says otherwise. Universities decide admissions and government authorities decide visas. What we control is the quality, completeness and timing of what goes in front of them, and telling you honestly when something is unlikely.
